These nails are size medium which is sizes (1,4,3,4,7) coffin shaped but if you'd like any other shape, size or something customised we are happy to create your design!

    1. All Sales Are Final



    Due to the nature of press-on nails—especially handmade or custom-designed sets—we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene, safety, and customization.




    2. Damaged or Defective Items



    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


    To request a replacement:

    2. Include your order number

    3. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue and the packaging



    Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be offered at our discretion.




    3. Wrong Item Received



    If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We will verify the mistake and send you the correct item at no charge.




    4. Lost or Stolen Packages



    We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

    If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us and we will assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.




    5. Order Cancellations



    Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

    After this time, production may begin, and we cannot cancel or refund the order.




    6. Custom Sets



    All custom and made-to-order press-on nail sets are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.




    7. Sizing Issues



    Please ensure you measure your nails correctly if you are unsure we can help just reach out.

    We cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

    Processing Time



    All press-on nail orders are handmade and custom-made.

    Processing time: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.



    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


    Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

    Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days

    International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)


    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.



    Order Tracking



    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.



    Incorrect Shipping Information



    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

    If the address entered is incorrect and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


    We are not liable for orders shipped to wrong addresses entered at checkout.
